Customer Policies…Please Read Now

-Minimums-
There are no minimums required per styles
First time purchase minimum is $300 for business.
We do require a minimum purchase of $150.oo per order for existing customers

-Shipping-
We will ship your order within 24 hours.
Most of what we carry is available for immediate delivery.
Our Orders are shipped via UPS.
Accelerated delivery is available upon request.

 

Low Price Guarantee:
We guarantee that the price you pay for our merchandise is the lowest price anywhere. If you find the same style at a lower price somewhere else within 10 days of your purchase, call you’re Clothes out factory sales representative and they will credit the difference to your account.

 

Returns:
We don’t accept returns unless the merchandise is damage.
We are not responsible for wrong sizes or unwanted merchandise.

Damages:
You must call your sales representative within 5 days of receipt for a return authorization number.
Send back only the style that has been approve.
Write the RA number and your sales rep’s name on the outside of the box and ship it back to us within 3 days of obtaining the RA number.
If the Ra number is not printed on the outside of the box, it will be at risk for being refused at our warehouse and returned back to you at your additional cost.
We do not pay shipping costs for returning damaged merchandise.

Refused:
If a COD order is refused, we can reship it with your approval.
You will be charged the extra shipping and handling of the box that was sent back to us.
